The doctor is very good but her staff is very shaky. These two young people are full of themselves, go through the motions, and got my order wrong. To add insult to injury they acted like I ordered it wrong. To make matters worse they kept my medicare cards and lied about that too. I never did get them back!!!! Sears has made a mistake hitching their wagon to this outfit.

I was a bit confused in the appointment with what my script ended up being. The doctor kept asking me to read the lines, which I could, but they were very fuzzy. New lenses can be almost $400. I'm very concerned spending that kind of money if the script isn't accurate! I also informed them I didn't have a copay, but everyone there kept pointing to my card saying I had to pay the specialist copay...so I paid it for my husband and myself. After calling my insurance, they confirmed I should not have been charged!!! I had to make another trip back there to pick up cash for reimbursement on a CC charge?? I wanted my pupillary distance In case I decided to purchase glasses on line. In the state of MA they are required to provide this info. They refused to assist us with this info stating it could be a liability. Reality is, they want us to buy from them, which I respect, but refusing isn't making me want to give them more of my money. My husband remained firm on not leaving until we had this information. They finally agreed to provide it, but this visit was very frustrating.
