I've been going to Bay State Eye Associates for years and have consistently had great experiences. The staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming, which makes every visit comfortable and easy. They have a good selection of glasses, and the team is always happy to help with finding the right fit and style. I also really appreciate how helpful they are with insurance questions. They take the time to explain options clearly and make the process smooth. Overall, a wonderful practice with a knowledgeable and supportive team. I highly recommend them!

This is my third year going to Bay State Eye and I love everyone that works there! The woman who checked me in and did the pictures of my eyes was super friendly and helpful. My eye doctor is amazing, she is on time, extremely thorough, and wonderful to chat with. The woman who helped me pick out my glasses is always excellent. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Always a great experience. The staff is amazing and friendly. Sherri is great to work with and will take the time to show you new glasses as well as give you an honest opinion as to how they look. Been going here for a few years now and they've yet to disappoint me. I've had issues with adapting to new glasses before and they were patient and understanding and helpful in getting me exactly what I need. They also do everything they can to try and get you the best price.

Amazing as always!! Everyone there are the best!! From the owner down to the wonderful customer service team! And a huge shout-out to Sherry, she is absolutely amazing. Couldn't ask for anyone better to make the confusion of buying glasses and absolute breeze!!

I have been coming here for over 20 years. I tried other places as they are a pretty good commute from my hometown but it's worth it. They are all friendly and straightforward.

As always it was great. In and out. I seen a different doctor today and he was familiar with my chart. Great staff over there
