I have a complicated scenario regarding the vision correction and fit for contacts. Dr. Quang was up to the task and very thorough and professional. After Lasic, I hadn't worn contacts in a long time, but now I need bifocals. After wearing the multi-focus samples, I was ready to place an order. I mentioned that I liked them, but they were a little uncomfortable, and the receptionist and Dr Quang were right on the case to get me a different lense to try! These ones are great. I'm very happy to have made my appointment with them!

I had my annual eye exam recently and it was scheduled with Dr. Quang vs. Dr. Mooney. I didn't realize Dr. Mooney was retiring (congrats, well deserved)! I am an apprehensive patient and was a little nervous with the change. After my first three minutes in the exam room, all of that went out the window. Dr. Quang was very welcoming, caring and put me at ease immediately. His calm demeanor is truly a wonderful asset to the practice, thank you for that! The other thing I hate is picking out glasses, it just feels awkward. Next piece of good news is Yvonne. She was super helpful, comfortable to be with and extremely informative about the types of choices I had for my eyewear...patience is her forte!! Thank you Yvonne for your excellent guidance! On to the check out process - super friendly staff and all around pleasant team. Thanks for a great experience, I truly appreciate your team!

I recently was referred to LFE by a fellow employee where I work. I had had enough of the the big D eye care store that you felt like a number when there. Every employee at LFE was exceptionally pleasant , from the women at the desk , to the eye Doctor himself , to a fantastic experienced eyeglass fitter who iced the cake. All in all a FANTASTIC customer experience. I highly recommend this practice to those needing eye care.
