Great experience. Very friendly staff!!! Quick and easy service. Got my glasses in less than 2 weeks. 5/5 would recommend

I went here and was treated kindly and respectfully...I walked in to book an appointment for the future and they told me that if I could wait 15 minutes, they had an opening, so I did just that. The prices were good and they took my insurance. They helped me pick a style of frame that I would not have on my own but that worked amazingly well for me. I enjoyed going here and will go again.

Went to get my glasses fixed today, the woman who helped me was very rude and would not help me or give me options what I could do. Mass Health had paid for the glasses and I no longer have Mass Health so I could not send them out to get fixed. I offered to have them sent out and that I would not pay for them. She said I could not do it. This does not make any sense to me. I walked out very upset because I can hardly see without them. I said very loudly that I would never return there.

The receptionists or sales associates are rude! I fell ill and left my profressional job,therefore, i got mass health care plus health insurance so i qualified for free glasses. They acted like i was trash..excuse me for not spending money. I picked up my glasses and was told to wait ...and for 10 minutes she and THE OTHER receptionist chatted about Florida with anothee customer...

If you're looking for an office of medical professionals, this is the place to go. I've had so many experiences at store front clinics where the goal is to sell you glasses, and not to take care of your eye health. This is NOT such a place. Visionary is staffed with very knowledgeable professionals whose goal is to ensure that customers not only maintain excellent eye health, but excellent overall health as well. In addition to skilled prescriptive work, Visionary's doctors do a fabulous job at preventive health care, diagnosing any number of illnesses and problems through careful eye exams (these can include blood pressure issues, diabetic issues, cancers and more). In addition to being skilled, the staff is polite, conscientious and mindful of your time (i.e. they don't keep you waiting, see you promptly, and respond to questions in a timely fashion). If you do choose to purchase glasses/contact lenses, the opticians are very helpful not only with choosing frames, but also with fittings, advice on how to get used to progressives and also how to put in/take off contact lenses. I've been going to Visionary for years, as have my husband and children, and now my elderly diabetic father and mother swear by this office as well. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

I don't know if it's because I am a customer through insurance, but the owner was very rude to me when I asked details about frame prices and would leave to assist me after everyone else, even though I got there first. They only have 2 service people who seem as if they have no pleasure in helping or working there, which includes the owner who should work on being nicer.... also this is my maiden name so no use using the excuse that I'm not a customer because I am... I mean was

I entered this place to ask for eye exam, they didn't pay full attention to me, and after asking if I have insurance and I provided the information of my insurance the person had a weird attitude to me (I think she thought I couldn't pay for the service cause how I look. I didn't make the appointment cause I am not paying my money to be treated like trash. Note: My husband is Black and I am latina, I thought that might be the reason or they just have a horrible costumer service.

AWFUL, do not waste your money or time here. There was an insurance issue because my family member's employer overlooked a gap in coverage...anyways, the insurance company in fact has informed us that they would pay for the eye exam that was done during that gap. VEC took months just to bill my family member, then after being informed of the situation, were not helpful in assisting us in getting this squared away. In FACT, we had to hound VEC to get them to call the correct line. Not acceptable. I've worked in healthcare before and it should be a top priority for providers to be an advocate not just for THEIR WALLETS but for there patient/client as well. It was so bad that we took a physical trip to VEC to explain to the rude employee the situation (AGAIN), and who/what to call (AGAIN). If you want to get treated like you have 2 heads and that YOU are the nuisance then be sure to take a trip down to VEC.
