When for the first time for an eye exam and I'm very satisfied with the service. They were very kind , the Dr. was very professional and knowledgeable. I was explained very well about what my insurance coverage and the add on and the benefits of it. They don't force you to get anything you don't consider necessary. The prices were also reasonable.

I needed to switch out my lenses into an identical frame and have them adjusted and Karen helped me switch them and adjust free of charge!! Everyone was so nice and helpful and I'll definitely go to them in the future.

I called Northampton Vision Associates and spoke with the receptionist to schedule a new patient appointment. After confirming they accepted the insurance I scheduled an appointment for my patient. Upon their arrival they were informed that they made a mistake and meant to reach out to the patient, but they would not be seen because the office does not accept their insurance. Highly unprofessional, would not recommend from this experience.

Was delighted they could fit me in so quickly. I had switched insurance and had not been to see Dr Ringenbach for over a dozen years, and he still had my old eye picture from 17 years ago and compared to today's images. I will now have updated contacts and will put new lenses in my glasses. Front desk help was just fine, and friendly service all around.

Excellent thorough eye exam by Dr. Ringenbach. I especially appreciate not having to have my eyes dilated and opted for the imaging diagnostic tool, so I could easily return to work. The receptionist was friendly and helpful so whatever problem they had before that reviews mention is no longer an issue.

I never write reviews but here goes nothing. I called around looking for an appointment. Everyone was 2-3 months away. I called Vision Associates, they fit me in a week and a half later. The lady on the phone was no-nonsense, no frills, no fake customer service voice. Appointment was booked. I showed up, and was given the clipboard with paperwork to fill out. Quick, easy. I waited a little bit in the waiting room. The doctor called me in. He was nice, pleasant, and professional. He answered my questions, addressed my concerns, and was efficient without me ever feeling rushed. It was very casual and professional. He walked me out, the office staff was busy on phone. He took my payment and receipt. There was no hard sell for anything. The visit was no muss no fuss. Everyone was accommodating, polite, and professional. I will go back for my next appointment and follow up.

Do not come here. Booked an appointment for an exam for the first time and within the first two minutes of meeting Dr. Ringenbach, he did not greet me and instead scolded and yelled at me for not wearing my contacts in my eyes upon arrival, even though I was looking to be checked for both glasses and contacts. He was also late and the door to the office was locked when I arrived. He is condescending and unprofessional.

Me and my family have come to this eye doctor for more then 15 years, for a long time they have provided the best service even treating us like family. Unfortunatly, that no longer seems the case, i decided to do a touch up appointment. Drove a 3 hour drive down from New Hampshire, had issues finding parking. And immediatly moved on to the next customer. Didnt even call or ask. Just on to the next one. Of all the dispectful stuff i have dealt with in my life. This tops it, exspecially since my father also was looking to get his eyes check here. I hope this buissness suffers the closure it so rightfully deserves. 15 years. 3hour drive. Turned away. Never again.
