Dr. Weston is by far the best Optometrist I have ever had. I have worn corrective lenses since the first grade, and I used to hate going to the eye doctor. But my experiences with Dr. Weston and Clarkson have been wonderful. He's personal and has excellent chair-side manner. He takes the time to address concerns and answer questions. He's efficient with exams without you feeling rushed. Glad he's younger than I am because I don't ever want to have to find another provider.

Have used them for several years but I have finally had enough. Their website is poor and it is impossible to get through to a human. Their parent, Eye Care Partners, is even worse. I tried contacting ECP because I could not reach anyone at Clarkson and when I was eventually able to get through to someone called Brock, he was rude and of no help.

I felt at ease throughout my first appointment with them, my exam was not rushed, and I appreciated the thoroughness of the information presented regarding my exam results. They offer a range of eyeglass styles in a range of price points, so it was easy to find something that fit my style and budget! Love the downtown location!

My experience was fairly good until it was time to check out. The receptionist at the desk indicated because of my insurance she would have to call to get verification of benefits. I indicated to her that I would be happy to pay once she could tell me the co-pay
Instead, she gave me a lecture on what happens if you don't pay bills promptly and in fact collection could start in as soon as two weeks. I was offended by this. I'm not sure what gave her permission or the idea that this is in way appropriate.

I love this place, been coming here for 3 years now. They always take care of me and make sure I am completely satisfied with my glasses. Last year there was something wrong with the prescription so they checked again for free and the glasses had to be remade 3 times until they were no longer causing a fishbowl effect. Dr Weston is extremely kind and knowledgeable and will walk through eye scans and discuss what each part of the image means. He is open to many treatment options and I am coming back next week to try contacts.

I love my doctor at Clarkson, but I do not recommend purchasing anything from here. I was WAY overcharged for a recent eyeglass purchase and I'm still trying to sort it out.
I wonder if this is such a mess because Clarkson is (unbeknownst to me) a huge company with hundreds of locations across the country. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I suggest purchasing your glasses and contacts elsewhere, where billing is more straightforward and issues are rectified quicker.
