Dr. Steven Lutz & Associates

I was really pleased with my visits to Dr Lutz's office. I was a new patient and they got me in right away. They even take my insurance! I had been having problems with my vision, and the doctor knew exactly what to do to! I love my new contact lenses. The service was great and very efficient. I will definitely be returning in the future!

I recently switched to this practice and I couldn't be happier. The doctors were amazing and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and provided detailed information about the exams and findings. The had so many different styles and sizes of frames. I worked with Jen as the optician and she was able to find exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend this practice.

Shout out to the friendly and knowledgeable service provided by Jennifer. She assisted in selecting a wonderful new eye glass style and help me get out of my comfort zone. She had alot of great tips on progressive prescription and left me at ease.

Dr. Krieg is FANTASTIC! She listened to my needs & really took the time to make me feel heard and well taken care of. The team at this office is great! I love this practice and hope to continue to be a patient of theirs!

Restful pleasant open waiting area. Competent pleasant support staff. I was attended to as soon as I arrived for my appointment. Eye specialists know their jobs and are experts and pleasant. A very happy nice experience in all ways.

I love coming here because a. Everyone is so nice and the office is organized, quick, and efficient. b. I learn so much about eye health, vision, general health, etc. that other eye doctors in the area NEVER go into depth about. He doesn't just tell you what your script is, he shows you charts and photos and gives explanations that are interesting. c. They don't do the air puff thing. If you're a curious person and want a doctor who is passionate and knowledgeable about what they do, I highly recommend this office!

Clean office with a next door neighborhood feel. Spent 40min there all together. Scheduled an appt on the phone where they gathered my insurance info. After arriving, checking in, and filling out a short form, they took me back for pretesting and got me in the with doctor who explained things he did as he went. They had my trial contacts in stock, ordering an annual supply was easy. I wasn't dilated but they offered retinal photographs. But you know, he never asked if anything was wrong or bothering me about my vision, I didn't feel like I had a chance to share what I wanted to. It was a reliable and clean office, but I didn't feel heard if that makes sense.

This was my first time going to Dr. Steven Lutz and Associates. It was absolutely fantastic! They explained so much detail to me including visuals, I never had that with Henry Ford. The ease of picking out glasses was so easy with the help of Shannon. Experience was exceptional, and they will now be my new DR moving forward.
