I had an absolute wonderful experience! I had an unexpected day off and really needed to get things scheduled for my son who has been struggling with his vision. I called Tuesday and they got me in for that Thursday! Everyone was so kind, right from the beginning of scheduling the appointment. I work in customer service and know the importance of kindness and patience. Kathy was so amazing and made us feel so welcome! My son was having a hard time finding glasses. Kathy asked what kind he was looking for and found a pair he LOVES! They even went the extra mile getting over a doctor's note so he could play football that night.

I found this office to the best one ive been to . The office was easy to find, clean and professional. I was able to get a appointment within same week. The receptionist was professional and welcoming. She took her time helping me pick out what worked for me within my budget. The doctor i found very attentive and thorough . She took her time and went threw my medical list given I have a long list of health conditions that affect my vision. Im very glad I found this office. I definitely recommend . Going on 6 weeks ,waiting for my safety glasses . First pair they ordered the wrong frames, no apology no compensation. Saline store is even worse . Thinking I shouldve just went to someplace else and paid out of pocket . The worse customer service period . Always short handed .

Main criticisms are focused on service after the eye exam. The staff member that I have always interacted with has a control complex and does not seem to appreciate questions from customers or customers raising concerns. Additionally, based on my experience, she will talk down to you like you don't know anything about glasses. I have since shifted my eye exams to a local healthcare provider and I order my glasses online.

Kimberly is a liability to rx optical.
She turned away my family member for absolutely no reason. She has no integrity for other human beings time as she kept us on hold for over 30 mins and failed to ever come back to the phone. She cannot keep good staff in her building and there is a constant wait. She refused to help us buy glasses and made us go to another optometrist for our eye exam.

This providers unethical practice of adding fees and not disclosing services added to your bill is unacceptable. I highly recommend that you avoid these deceptive people. You will know that other reviews disclose the same experience. Do not go here. They are counting on people just paying the bill that they receive in the mail to increase their revenue and not fight for their inherent right to be billed accurately. Don't buy into their scam!

Good service, but watch for hidden fees.
I also got a bill for $30 months later. If I would have known that wasn't the total cost I would have canceled the order.
I was contacted earlier today by Rx optical and they agreed to remove the hidden fee, and she told me they were keeping the warranty on the glasses. All in all I am very happy with Rx opticals customer service.
