10/10! Danny and Dr. Todd are very friendly, considerate, accommodating, nice, communicative, passionate, polite, non-judgmental, and very knowledgeable. Speaking as a woman and a POC I would highly recommend people to come here for the excellently great professional customer service! I have been to many places that are very unfriendly and give bare-minimum passive-aggressive service but this place is not one of them. They notice when you come up to the door and ask how they can help you in the most friendly tone. They make you feel welcomed and they dont rush you or pressure you. The eye exam went very smoothly and I bought glasses afterwards. I had two types of glasses that I saw at a different store that I wanted to try on (the two glasses weren't out in the store display) and they went to try to find them in the back for me (successfully found both of them)(Ive been to many stores that act like its an inconvenience for me to ask a yes or no question. The people at this store went above and beyond comparatively to my regular store experiences). Also, while I was there, they noticed someone coming up to the door in a wheelchair and stopped what they were doing to instantly help hold the door open and start providing their service. This place is 10/10!

The staffs were friendly, wide selections (trendy and traditional). Didn't feel rushed or judged when trying many pairs and taking my time ( almost an hour). Very supportive and broke down prices for me after my insurance coverage. Like the style and extra wide option I got. Highly recommend if your insurance covers! I got my glasses with blue light with the $95 frame for $30 only after insurance.

Thank you Dr. Tony and all the knowledgeable, kind and wonderfully efficient team members who helped me at the Warby Parker Pencil Room tonight! I was treated like a valued patient and customer, my exam was on time and very efficient, the frame selection process was easy and informative, with no pushy upselling or incremental fees. I had wondered if waiting until after work for my appointment would mean delays or poor service - it was the opposite! A really nice visit, and my insurance covered 100% of everything. And my glasses are being sent to my house so I don't have to make another trip in. I think you have thought of everything to make your customers happy and returning! Thank you so much.

Good customer service. I did not have to wait for assistance. The optical assistant ( Danny ) had the expertise needed to meet and exceed my needs. I ordered glasses that I love and can't wait to get them .

David in Ann Arbor was outstanding, as was the rest of the crew -whole experience was outstanding-knowledgeable, friendly, great selection. Went because prior optometrist is wonderful but his office changed management (private equity) and the experience there has deteriorated. Will be going to WP in the future

Wow, the customer service here is amazing and so fast and kind. I also had an excellent exam with the optometrist (Dr. Mullin?) who went above and beyond to check for more obscure eye health related issues and offer lifestyle suggestions to live with them. He also went into detail about his specific knowledge regarding different products and their safety. Bedside manner in this store is 10/10, and I'm always happy to drop by.

Great service and very knowledgeable and professional doctor at the Ann Arbor pencil room location. We will definitely be back. Also tons of cute frames at very affordable prices.

I've used the Ann Arbor location twice. Each time they've been a great mix of professional and friendly. I couldn't ask for better help! They were transparent (pun!) and unfront with all my questions, including why it's so much cheaper than other places (cheaper and better). Shout out to the entire store and Allison and Danny for their patience, banter, and help!
