First time client at West Arbor Eyecare. Went in to get a contact exam so was hoping it be quick and easy. And it was! All staff I interacted with were extremely friendly and down to earth. They taught me terminology and facts that I've never knew before. And I've been going to the optometrist for 25 years! I would highly recommend. They are efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

The staff is really nice and professional. I was greeted by Peter immediately upon arrival. The Doctor and technician are very thorough, and they have all of the latest state of the art equipment. I really enjoyed they use a new device to check the pressure of the eye that doesn't blow that crazy air in your eyes. They also have an incredible selection of eye glasses.

Excellent service from the moment I called to inquire to when I got my contacts delivered. Peter and his team go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of and answer all your questions. Prior to coming here I was going to a large eye practice that has offices all over. Safe to say I won't be going back to them. The difference in quality of care is unbelievable.
