Carmen and Liz went above and beyond with helping me find a pair of frames that had been discontinued. Finding another set like I had was a challenge. They probably called 15 of their other locations for almost an hour and a half (while I waited btw) to find the same pair in Pennsylvania. Whole experience was really great! Eye exam Dr is nice and I want to give a BIG shoutout to LIZ!! After my exam I was looking at glasses she was so friendly and sweet came over and helped me with some GREAT pairs that fit my face and style. This location helped me more than any of the others. So much so that I drove an hour to come here! My prescription isn't as common as the rest, and the location I ordered contacts from didn't have any trials in stock for me to use until my contacts came in. In a frenzy, I called this location and Victor was quick to help. They helped me and gave me trials even though I didn't order my contacts through this location. Victor treated me as a regular, and I felt so welcomed here. Customer service on point, kind, well spoken, and genuinely cares about their patients. Thank you Americas best, and thank you Victor.
