Dr. Fritz gave me a thorough examination as I was experiencing some continued difficulty in my vision. She took time to answer each of my questions and I did not feel rushed. She took time to listen to what I had to say and carefully considered it. She was professional But approachable and knowledgeable in her field.
The reception staff is friendly and gets you processed quickly. The seating in the waiting room is comfortable and accommodates all sizes. They even serve regular and decaf coffee. Their bathroom was clean and well stocked.
I had a good experience with Dr Fritz and Grand Rapids Ophthalmology.

Dr. Fritz is a great eye Dr. specialist, she took time to identify the issue with my eye and explained what will happen going forward. She set my mind at ease and has me coming back so she can monitor my eye over a longer duration of time. She was very knowledgeable and her people skills were great.
