Thank you for being so flexible about adjusting my last appointment due to a family situation. Excellent care as always. I have been to several eye doctors over the past 20 years and received the best lenses ever from Dr. Crank. She is very knowledgeable as well as caring. Great combination!

The staff at Premier Family Eye Care were so welcoming, the ladies at the desk quickly set me up with the paperwork and got me set up to get assessed for an eye exam! My technician was nice and efficient with getting the initial part of the eye exam completed and got me ready to meet with Dr. Carlie Crank! Which she was lovely! Dr. Crank seems to have stupendous knowledge of eye care and health behind it, and was informative for the amount of time I had during the appointment before I had to run off to my next engagement. All in all the process of getting in and out of their practice was very easy and quick! (If I wasn't tied up afterwards, I'm sure they would have been just as helpful and Informative if I had any questions) Thank you, Premier Family Eye Care! Dr. Carlie Crank gave me the clearest vision I have had in more years than I can remember. So glad I came here. Not only that but she discovered a problem in one eye. She sent me to my PCP who supported Dr. Crank's finding, and ordered a follow up test. I now take a medication which will help to prevent a serious problem. Grateful to both Dr. Crank and my PCP office. Also the support staff is wonderful! Very capable!

The entire staff at Premier is amazing! Dr. Crank is very friendly as well as professional and patient during the eye exam. My previous doctor of several decades retired and Dr. Crank took over. I continue to drive in from Grand Haven due to her and her staff. I would highly recommend her not only to my GR friends but also my GH friends.
