Not happy, I'm low income, went and received exam, picked out glasses, picked them up when ready, took them home and they snapped and broke withing 2 weeks of receiving lenses popped out and all. I should of known better with the free quality and being thin plastic frames, but this should have never happened by just putting them on one morning. I called them and explained to them..what I got was " sorry about your luck, can't help you and can't get another pair. Needlessly still without glasses for months now with extremely poor vision.

Went to this place for glasses, order. Some glasses asked for thinning in a transition, went to pick up the glasses they were thick and I couldn't even see out of them, and then tried to convince me to keep them 3 months.So that I would be able to adjust. Please explain to me how you're gonna adjust to the thickness. I am not satisfied with this place and I would like a refund. I do not bill medicaid for anything that you have done for me. And the only reason why they got one star is because it would not let me make a post. I give them no stars.

I went to pick up glasses for my son while he's at school. They stood around chit chatting taking pictures right after lunch while we waited for 25-30 minutes to pick up glasses. Told me I had one person in front of me while I watched 4 people go back before me. When we picked up the glasses she was rude. Just because it's a free clinic doesn't mean treat people like their time isn't important.

Hace un mes que ordene mis lentes (10/30) en este sitio, me dijeron que se tardaban 2 semanas en llegar. Hoy (12/02), a un mes despues todavia es la hora que no han "llegado". Cada vez que llamo para preguntar nadie sabe lo que pasa, y me dicen que alguien de la optica se comunicara conmigo para dejarme saber que ha pasado con mis lentes y NO he recivido ni una sola llamada de esta gente acerca de nada. Uno pide los lentes porque los necesita, no por puro gusto y a ellos les parece importar muy poco o nada. La verdad que me han desepcionado en todos los niveles.
I ordered my glasses from this place a month ago (10/30) and was told it would take 2 weeks to arrive. Today (12/02), a month later, they still haven't "arrived yet" Every time I call to ask, no one knows what's going on, and they tell me they will pass my message and someone from the Optica will get back to me to let me know what happened to my glasses, and I have NOT gotten a single call from these people about anything. You order glasses because you need them, not out of pure pleasure, and they seem to care very little or not at all. I have been disappointed on every level.
