Usually great, but I'm very irritated today. We waited 30 minutes to pick up my son's glasses. I understand Covid precautions and scheduling appointments for pick-ups, but it's pointless if there is only one girl working. She was helping another patient while two other employees were seemingly just wandering around the optical department. One even helped a delivery man try on sunglasses just for fun, while my son and I sat and watched. When the other woman decided to work, our whole exchange took all of 4 minutes. I used my lunch break to do this and almost didn't make it back to work on time. Very frustrating and doesn't leave one wanting to come back anytime soon, good thing we don't have to.

Wrong billing amount then told they would correct it and resend never did instead they sent wrong amount to collections. Typical medical billing corruption.
