Will was awful to deal with. Put on my receipt that my glasses would be ready same day and they weren't. I've had severe migraines for days and was promised on the phone that they'd be ready today. Will continued to dismiss me and my wife when we had questions. If you go here, wait to talk to someone that is NOT will.

This time I came Christian was very helpful, he worked with me to figure out a way to use my vision insurance and made sure to give me a receipt.

The same day glasses receiving was nice until the bow of mine fell off. Took it in and it was a hassle to get it repaired; the pair just broke again. I've been wearing glasses for 8 years and have never broken a pair. Both times they broke I wasn't doing anything to them, they just suddenly fell apart. I take good care of my eyeglasses.

Awesome team here from exam through glasses purchase and fitting. Not the largest selection of glasses out there but still plenty to choose from and options to fit every price point, including healthy discounts when purchasing two pairs. Also same day turnaround if the frames and lenses you need are in stock and you're not preferring too late on the day, which is pretty rare!
A special shoutout to Connie who cuts the lenses on-site there at the 28th St location. I needed some lenses replaced in my frames by the next morning, and she was able to prioritize and get them done super fast near the end of her work day so that I had what needed that same afternoon!
