I walked in to ask some questions about what was needed for an eye injury. The lady behind the counter stated she had no time for me and or my questions and then I needed to take myself to urgent care and they would refer me to them afterwards. I thought this was very unprofessional seeing as several of my friends had referred to this business including the owner of my employment because of their professionalism and ability to get it the job done. So then I went to urgent care! They were a lot more helpful, nice and appreciative than your staff was!! Definitely told my friends and will not recommend you ever

Had appointment @3:45 and wasn't helped til 4:10! I get it people run behind here and there but the guy helping people order glasses I believe named John was talking to the lady he was helping about their own personal lives and not even placing the order he was supposed to be! Wouldn't recommend! And when the lady was done with a patient she called someone's name out and the guy was like she's calling you and I said that's not me and he's like well she's ready for you. When I started walking to the lady she asked for my name and I told her and she says you'll have to wait which I knew because it wasn't me who she was calling but the guy kept saying she will help you. I get it courteous and nice but to sit there and talk about your lives for more than 20 minutes instead of helping people that were waiting in the lobby is unacceptable and unprofessional!

Annual eye exam was expertly completed at the time of my appointment. I was treated with care and compassion. I have not completed my activities with GR Ops. I will be picking up glasses in November. I believe the price was fair.

NO One contacted me about my appointment prior to or After and I'm Over due for new glasses and called. Tammy answered and was crude and rude. I've been going here for years and they DON'T even have my up to date information! My phone number was changed three years ago and I was just there last year and they Still had the old cellphone number. I'm finding a new eye doctor.

Would not recommend. Staff simply do not care about your outcome, they just want you to pay and leave. My spouse and I had a very difficult time with Dr Weatherhead in particular, as she literally attempted to gaslight my wife and only failed because I was there to double down in pushing back on the fact that she was literally lying to my wife and what she was seeing. If this is somehow your only option, do not let that "doctor" be your examiner, do not expect the people in optometry to listen to anything you say, and good luck to you.

I thought they were very professional, awesomely friendly, respectful and really guick. I was a bit early and expected to be there for awhile but then they got me in early as well. I was done with my appointment only 5 minutes after I was scheduled to start. Love how they work and carry themselves as they go about their business. Thank you all so much.
