I came here for a normal eye care exam to renew my contact prescription. The doctor visit was fine, but they convinced me to purchase contacts through them with the promise of getting a $200 rebate. It was only AFTER they were purchased and I tried to submit the rebate that I found out I didn't qualify for it in the first place. I tried reaching out MULTIPLE times to see what my options are, and they said they would get back to me every time I talked to someone. No one ever got back to me... Pretty frustrating and disappointing experience, and now I'm out a couple hundred dollars! Can't say that I would recommend them.

Our family loves it here! Scheduling is a breeze, the office is easy to find, clean, modern, and well laid out. Staff is super patient with wild little ones, and their exam feels more like a fun game. I feel listened to and respected, and the eye care I receive is great. I love this eye doctor he is amazing and I have been going here since I was a kid. The doctor himself is amazing I wouldn't change him for anything. However getting ahold of the office is next to impossible. I don't know if he needs another receptionist on top of the one he has or what but I can never seem to get through for questions I have or to see if my glasses are in or anything. I scheduled an appointment and it wasn't put in the books and I was forgotten about. They did squeeze me in which I am grateful for. It's just changed since they moved.

Dr. Holser takes his time and provides a thorough explanation of the "what" and "why" around my changing (aging) vision. Great frame selection and plenty of time to "play" with different looks and free opinions when solicited. Northview Eye Care is really "looking" out for you (and I swear I am not a paid endorsement - just a very satisfied patient and customer.

Martha and Dr. Holser are friendly and professional. I've visited them twice now, and both have been positive experiences. Dr. Holser explains everything he's doing, and answers any questions you may have. You never feel rushed with him. Martha is great too. My first visit (over a year ago) I had problems with my new glasses (my nose is lacking a bridge), so she stayed in touch with me and brainstormed some ideas. Ultimately, she ended up getting me in touch with their lab so they could put some nose pads the plastic parts. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Be sure to inquire ahead of time of charges. I scheduled a new patient appointment for myself and children for eye exams. At the end I was surprised by charges 5x my insurance co pay because they do extras that are not covered by insurance and do not let you know ahead of time that it's not included in your eye exam coverage. When I inquired why patients are not informed ahead of time I was told they're just doing as the doctor tells them. Not impressed by much here.
