This was a great experience. There was no wait for my exam and the staff was super helpful from the moment i stepped in the facility. The exam was comfortable and the Dr was knowledgeable, relatable and had a good, easy vibe. They have a great selection of frames and I'm super psyched to my new glasses. Shout out to Maddie for all the help!

They made the process smooth from start to finish and took the time to explain everything clearly. Excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere--highly recommend this location!

I'm so disappointed by the lab that services this location. To be clear, I've never had any issues with the actual eye doctor here or the staff (which is why I did two stars instead of one) but the lab is absolutely terrible. I had new lenses made for an existing pair of glasses, and as of today I am on my THIRD time returning to get the lenses fitted to my frames because the lab cannot seem to get it right. It's now been well over a month since I started this process and I was told today I'd have to wait an additional week and a half. Between headaches, difficulty seeing, and repeated trips to this location I'm definitely planning to change doctors. This place is not cheap by any means, and with the cost you'd think the quality of the lab would be better. Again, the staff at the office is great, but I'm so mad about how poorly this experience has gone with my lenses that I will not be returning.

Maddie ordered my new lenses and answered all my questions with ease. It was a quick and easy process and I appreciated her friendly professionalism.

The entire staff (especially Peyton) were exteremly knowledgeable; helpful and friendly. Will definitely recommend this office to both my family and friend's. Peyton went out of her way to assist me in obtaining a soon to be discontinued glasses frame. Am extremely satisfied!

This place is a scam. They did a glaucoma exam that I did not request and that's not covered under insurance and then charged me for it. Then I only wanted frames covered under insurance and now I keep getting bills for additional payments because the frame I was told is covered 100% is now not covered. I pay extra for my optical insurance so I'm just surprised that I've paid 220 for one visit in addition to what my insurance paid.

Easy scheduling, efficient appointment, great pricing and even beat the online price for contacts. Robyn and Dr Beuker were great
