Ray is absolutely phenomenal! She's efficient, incredibly knowledgeable, and gives honest, thoughtful feedback when helping you choose frames. She instantly knew what worked best for my facial structure and pointed out details I never would have noticed on my own. On top of that, she has a great sense of humor that made the entire experience fun and relaxed. Everything was 100% worth it, and I will definitely be back! I visited several eyeglass stores before coming here, and after this experience, I won't need to go anywhere else. They also have an amazing selection of frames throughout the store. Highly recommend!

The receptionists were so sweet and helpful, especially when I started to get anxious about the cost. She helped me get the price down to something I could manage! Dr. Thompson explained everything as he did the different steps of the exam too so I understood what he was doing and why. It was a good experience :)

The staff is wonderful, I haven't been to the eye doctor in 2+ years and was very nervous about going. This team made the appointment such a breeze from helping me both before and after the appointment. I really want to thank Ray for all of her assistance, she made me feel welcome the moment I stepped inside and of course Dr. Thompson, he was very informative and kind. I couldn't have asked for a better team to help me start my optical health journey up again. I will always come back here.

Scheduled an eye exam with Dr.Thompson, upon arrival I was greeted by Ray and Rocio who provided exceptional customer service. Staff was extremely helpful and patient during my visit. Had a wonderful experience I look forward to returning in the future.

I have been going to Rx Optical for many years, but over the last 5 I specifically go to the 28th location despite there being a location a few miles closer. Every time I go in every single staff member is welcoming, they check on me when I'm waiting for the next step in the process, and they work to help me maximize my insurance coverage and discounts. Dr. Thompson is the second reason I go to that location. He is also welcoming, knowledgeable and makes the process of getting your eyes check enjoyable. Thank You for being such an amazing place to keep coming back to, even if it only once a year.

I had a trip and fall which caused me to break my glasses. They were my only pair, and I currently do not have any vision insurance. I was beyond stressed and in a reckless panic. My prescription is -3.75 with astigmatism. Those who don't know what that means, it means I am blind. Everything was a huge blur. So I immediately booked an uber and had the driver take me to the nearest eye place. When I arrived the office was super busy! Panic took over me once again because I knew it would be a while. Upon entering I was greeted with in seconds by Ray the manager. She informed me that someone would be with me shortly. She was helping another person. She informed me that I could look around or have a seat in the waiting room. But before I walked off, she asked me if I wanted a water or coffee. At that point I knew I entered the right place. I looked around the best I could and found the pair of glasses I just broke. At this moment I was beyond excited. Ray walked towards me and asked me what brought me in. I informed her of my situation . And she said, "Oh no worries! I'll help you," moment of relief calmed my nerves. She had me bring the glasses to her table with her, and we sat down together. I informed her that I did not have any vision insurance. She said , "No worries, we have amazing promotions." I walked out with a new pair of glasses for $95. Ray not only acknowledged my arrival, but she was incredible. She was super busy , but did not make me feel like she did not have time for one more person. Thank you so much Ray for your assistance and help. You gain a patient.

The staff (Ray especially)was super friendly and helped me to get a good deal on contacts and glasses! The doctor was also great and helpful about my poor eyesight. I highly recommend this location!
