Just was phenomenal, saying he went above and beyond would be an understatement. He made sure he meticulously searched through insurance and deals offered to help us get the best possible price on our glasses and contacts. I ordered a pair of glasses from a different RX optical and they didn't fit at all when they came in. Aleah had me visit her at the Plainfield store and helped fit me with new frames that fit my face. She explained why the pair I had wasn't correct for me and made sure my new pair would be great. I was almost in tears when I picked up the first pair from the other store.
I was very happy with her fitting and customer service to make my new pair right.
Will go back to her for my next glasses needs!
