This place was great! They took me in as soon as I got there. Patty helped me with the tests. I didnt know this ahead of time but the doctor is virtual. they take all the tests there, film the exam and then send to the doctors for final say. Plez helped me pick my glasses and was very helpful. The process was quick and easy and my glasses were ready within an hour. MY only complaint is it was so bright in there!!! I was sweating while looking for glasses and its the middle of winter LOL It's like a greenhouse in there. Overall very nice place :) 10/10

These guys helped me out of a real bind today! I am traveling with my family for a long weekend and realized that I completely forgot to pack glasses or contacts. I have never done this. I contacted Stanton, got in right away, and they took care of me. I can't comment on all of their services, but the facility was clean and they prioritize customer service. Highly recommend.

Absolutely horrible service don't come here. I walked to get my frames adjusted and the lady tried to adjust them. Then proceeded to break them which I understand was an accident and unintentional she then said my glasses were faulty. So I took them to get fixed by modern optics and luckily they were able to. Afterwards I took my receipt back to Stanton optical in order to get reimbursed and they said no. So basically they broke my glasses rin front of me and said they can't pay to fix them. Don't come here please

I needed an urgent pair of glasses when my old lens popped out. Not only were Stephanie and Patty both SO kind, they talked us through our options clearly, and made a quality, accurate pair same-day. Absolutely making this location my go-to for optical needs, thank you. :-)

This morning out of no where my glasses broke , on the toughest week of course. I called , was in within 30 mins, they helped me throughout the whole process. Gave me all the best options etc. and walked out with new contacts so I could work, and drive. 10/10 will return there again ! The ladies were beyond helpful and kind And pricing was very reasonable!

You won't see an actual eye doctor. (Read on if you want more info about my experience, but that's the number one thing I hope people will understand about this place). I went to Stanton Optical because my general practictioner said I should get an eye exam (it had been 10-15 years). I looked at reviews for Stanton and decided they looked good enough for the price. Here's what happened: 1. I got there are was presented with a thing to sign that I was okay with a virtual visit. I thought that would be okay and I'd actually see a doctor, just on a screen. The truth is I never saw a doctor. The sales people operated the testing equipment and I assume the info was sent to a doctor off-site that I never saw or spoke with. No one ever told me afterward the results of the tests. When I came back in to pick up the new lenses I asked about it, and they said something to the effect of, "No news is good news." 2. The waiting room has all the warmth of a bus station, with metal benches and zero ambiance. (This is no big deal if everything else is good, but is something I found pretty surprising). 3. When I went into the room to get my eyes tested, after the tests had been completed the info was lost somehow, so they had to do the tests all over again. I also consider this forgiveable if everything else had been good. 4. When I got the prescription and looked at the frames, I couldn't find any in a reasonable price range that I liked. All looked very chintzy. I realized then that the reason you get two pairs for $79 is because they can then do an upsell on two pairs instead of one. I ended up choosing to get new lenses for my current glasses, but instead of being cheaper that way, it was $20 extra. I still decided to do that because at least I liked my current glasses. 5. When I went to get the new lenses put into my old frames, I found that they had been beveled very, very strangely, to the extent that they looked ridiculous. They were handed to me as if this was normal. When I complained about it, they said they could have another set of lenses cut at an outside lab. When this was done, they looked correct. 6. I got a prescription for progressive lenses, but because I could read respectably well with my current lenses, I decided not to get the progressives. What happened though, is that with the new prescription my distance vision was good, but I could not hold a book far enough away to actually read it. So overall my vision was worse with the new lenses. Someone could say that I should've known this would happen, but unless someone tells you this, you would have no way of knowing. I feel like an eye doctor would know to warn me of this. So, there were the problems. What WAS good, and why I give three stars instead of the one star I was planning to leave, is that they have a 30-day guarantee, and if you don't like the new glasses or lenses, they'll refund them. They were very, very nice about honoring the guarantee. I think this place might be fine for someone who just wants cheap, basic glasses and doesn't have much to spend, but if you need something extra, you would probably be better served just by going to a normal eye doctor, where you actually see the doctor. Not seeing the doctor was what I considered the most egregious part of the entire experience.

I've been waiting a month now for glasses. The initial glasses were done wrong at the lab, then without contacting me and letting me know my next set of glasses are arriving late. Second set was just as bad the first could see better without them on. Had a month of hell and no better off than when I started.Last time I will ever use them. My advice is to avoid this place.
