I came in because my glasses broke and I needed a new prescription. The exam itself was fine, but the overall experience felt very sales-driven and lacked transparency. I was encouraged to add an additional exam because "we dont have a clear basis of your eye" even though I had already completed that same exam last year. When discussing contact lenses, I was asked to choose between different supply options (6 months vs. a year, daily vs. monthly), but when I asked for pricing to make an informed decision, I was told they couldn't provide it upfront. It's difficult to commit to something without clear cost breakdowns. What was most frustrating was being told I could take a contact refresher class (which was presented as optional), but later being informed my contact prescription could not be released until I completed that class in two weeks. That was not clearly explained beforehand, and it felt inconsistent. I ultimately chose not to move forward with contacts and only paid for my glasses exam. I will be taking my business elsewhere due to the lack of pricing transparency and unclear communication around prescription release policies. I would recommend being very clear about costs and requirements before agreeing to additional services.

I visited svs today for my routine eye exam The staff is amazing. I was early for my appointment. They had some extra time so they helped me immediately. They explained to me about a new added exam to check retinal health. The staff was helpful professional but also very nice. They helped me to pick out glasses, with several options. I appreciate the extra customer care they offer.

Been my go to place ever since my co-worker told me they take our insurance, and honestly wouldn't wanna go no where else. Excellent, personalized and professional service from everybody, from the receptionist, the eye doctor, to all the super friendly people who help you pick out your new glasses. Shout-out to the super cool Clara, or Claire I think her name is for helping me pick out a baller pair of Gucci glasses! Best pair of glasses I've ever owned, came in super quick too. Would recommend this place to anyone!

My Husband and I really enjoy the staff at this SVS Vision always helpful with picking out glasses I sat on my glasses and bought them in they were wonderful in straightening out my glasses Thank You for your service

Honestly will never purchase from svs again after explaining my horror story from my first experience just picked up my second $900 pair of glasses... did not even get a microfiber cloth...again... which I didn't get last time either oh but I can purchase and extremely overpriced one if I want... this was after the 28th st one sent me to alpine because they "dont carry Oakley frames" even though I didn't even get Oakley for my second pair. Nice job even after I said I wanted to shop elsewhere you convinced me to buy with svs again because the experience would be different... nope it was the same.
