I was checked in quickly as well as my wife. We had different appointment times but the office was running on time. After we finished our visit with the Optometrist we were sent to waiting area to get our order for contacts. We waited for 45 minutes for someone to meet with us to place our order. With arrival at the office and latest appointment was 8:30 and done with exam and Optometrist by 0935. We waited to place order for contacts till 10:45 and left office about 11:20. It was the longest exam/contact order that I have had in 20 + years at GRO. I understand someone was off that day and no one present to place our order. Maybe they should have let us leave and someone contact us the next day for follow-up. Or have someone from other office contact us and place the order.. Better than making patients wait for something that can easily be handled with a short phone call. If manager of office knows this is a problem that day coordinate with another office and have them do the calls. There just has to be a better way to coordinate care when short staffed. A eye exam shouldn't take all morning- esp when all my others were done in 90 minutes

He's a good doctor, but he left me to sit in the exam room for about 20 minutes while he was in the next room laughing it up with his assistant. Very arrogant. The worst part was the cost of glssses. I found the least expensive frame I could, and it was over $200 for a molded piece of plastic! The lenses were extremely high priced too. I did not order anything.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr Dunning was great as well. Spent time explaining to me about my vision and I did not feel rushed at all.

Awesome service! I got in for exam of some eye irritation same day as I called. Doctor got me a scrip which is doing the trick only 24 hrs later! Highly recommend!

Seemed to take a while for the rep to ring up my new glasses. I got called the next day that she misquoted what the insurance was paying, so I agreed to pay the remaining balance. It wasn't a small amount either.

Everyone at the office made me feel comfortable. Dr. Dunning was very professional and welcomed any questions I had.

My appointment was very thorough and timely. Highly recommend Dr Dunning.
