I recently had Cataract surgery. I was at the 68th street Grand Rapids Ophthalmology office 4 times in the last 4 months. I waited a minimum of 20-25 minutes after my appointment time before seeing someone on all 4 occasions. The 68th street office clearly does not value your time.

I'm in process with cataract surgery and follow-up appointments. So far, the entire staff has been a joy to work with and are responding quickly and very helpfully to an issue that emerged with the healing and performance of one eye. I can honestly say that from the welcome desk to the assisting interns and Dr. Cowden, to the wonderful job that the scheduling secretary does (not only scheduling, but encouraging and making the prospect of a return visit something to look forward to), the staff honors both their patients, their company and more.
