Warby Parker Breton Village

This was my first experience shopping at Warby Parker. The staff was very friendly and customer service oriented. Loved the layout of the store and the variety of styles of frames. The only change I would make is to have a seating area when fitting for the frame that is being purchased. It is a little awkward standing while being fitted.

I visited the store today (December 9th) not having any idea what I wanted. Kate was literally so sweet and helped me along the way to get a new pair of glasses. She was so kind and an amazing worker, she made me feel so comfortable. Overall such an amazing experience. Isiah also was so awesome and funny! Loved my time in there, and I will be back soon!!(:

Staff were very friendly, and the options for glasses were varied. :D Ordering new frames with my prescription was flawless. I picked a pair with a muted olive-green color. It's different from what I usually wear, yet still feels within what I'd be ok with wearing on a daily basis. :)

My visit to Warby Parker was a genuinely excellent experience, thanks entirely to Isaiah. I was close to purchasing a pair of glasses I wasn't fully committed to. After I expressed my hesitation, Isaiah immediately got to work, pulling various new options for me to try. He was knowledgeable and extremely patient, taking the necessary time to help me identify the frames that looked best on my face. He made the entire selection process effortless and informative. I ended up with a pair I truly love. I highly recommend working with Isaiah--he's a fantastic asset.

Isaiah at Warby Parker was absolutely fantastic! He took so much time helping my husband and me find the perfect frames for our faces. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we both found something we loved. We never felt rushed (even though we were there very close to closing time), and his recommendations were spot-on. Isaiah was fantastic. He cleaned and readjusted several pairs of our old Warby Parker glasses with great care and now they are so much better. He does an amazing job, thanks Isaiah! MJ who checked us out also did a great job. She was very respectful, and helped us be aware of all options available without being high pressure.
