William Schultz, OD

Everyone was very friendly in the office. However I sat for ONE hour waiting to see the doctor. No one ever checked on me or apologized for the wait. I had to ask if I had been forgotten. Very disappointed in this. I should have been informed right away that the Dr was running behind. The Doctor was nice but seemed rushed probably because he was so behind.

No complaints have been going to this for 10 + plus years. Very happy with the care I received. I had couple of emergent issues and I was given a appointment in a reasonable time.

This was My first visit, everything went well, everyone that I dealt with were professional and helpful, as well as friendly; and everything progressed in a reasonable, timely manner.. I liked Dr Schultz very much--he explained everything and answered any questions I had in a professional, yet relaxed manner. I will definitely continue to come here for any care or concerns regarding my eyes.

The first person had difficulty with the eye camera, but finally succeeded. Dr. Schultz carefully described exactly what the eye photos meant compared with past pictures. Excellent learning process for me. No photos, please.

Not at all a reflection on Schultz but on this practice. Dr was absent due to an emergency which assumedly would not have been foreseen BUT I did not find out that that was the case until almost TWO and a HALF HOURS of waiting to see what I was surprised to see as his replacement for the day. Miscommunication and lots of peripheral casual cheerful conversations going on among staff members while the PACKED waiting room full of people WAITED miserably was incredibly irresponsible and discourteous. Even the doctor that was covering for him was apologetic that I had not been informed if the situation. I might have appreciated an option to forgo/reschedule the appt!!!!!! But I was given no choice. COMEON GR O...... you ought to be able to manage a better more patient-respectful response in this kind of circumstance? Maybe some protocols for how things need to be handled? I had a 9:00 am appt and spent literally THREE HOURS in this place. RIDICULOUS.

Dr. Schultz was great! He took enough time to explain my changing eye situation and was calm and reassuring about these changes. I felt very well cared for and will ask for him my next visit.

Dr Schultz is very knowledgeable and caring. He takes time with his patients to answer questions and explain the health of your eyes. All the staff personnel was friendly and caring. Thank you.

Dr. Schultz is awesome! He explains everything thoroughly and in language that is easily understood. And he takes the time to ensure the patient understands all treatment options and costs. I'm very grateful to be one of his patients.
