Dr. Dixon is wonderful to work with. She is very thorough and explains everything clearly. The technicians do a great job taking the measurements and images for the wellness exams for the doctor to look at. The friendliness of all people there is a bonus on top of their competence. I have been going here for 4 years and plan to continue doing so.

All three of my visits to this Lenscrafters at the Mall of America have been top-notch. Every member of the staff is friendly and helpful, their eye exam is more extensive than we have had at our ophthalmologist's office. I would very highly recommend this place for anyone who needs or thinks they need glasses. Their prices are good, and they often have some deals on that will save you money. And just as an example of their honestly, my eyesight had changed very little over the past 2 years, but I did need a new pair of my everyday glasses. However, since my prescription sunglasses are worn less frequently and the lenses are not as nicked and scratched, the eye doctor said I did not need to get a new pair of those since the changes in my eye are so minor. Many places would have tried to get me to buy both new pairs. I really appreciate their honesty and it definitely saved me money.

I am one that is very sensitive when it comes to my eyes. Veronica did a great job with all the various testing, talking me through everything and counting down how much longer something would last. Dr. Dixon ... Awesome! Even when it comes to putting those drops in, she makes it work. And again, talking through everything letting me know what she is doing and when she has to touch my eyelid. I don't like any of it, but they did a great job getting me through the whole process.

The actual eye exam was thorough and professional. In addition, the front-desk staff patiently answered my questions about the privacy policy and had copies of all documents ready to give me. In addition, the optometrist was willing to answer my not-relevant-to-my-actual-situation questions about medical technology and eye pathologies. I anticipate giving them my family's business for as long as we live in the area.

Been seeing Dr. Dixon for many years now. She's patient, takes the time to listen & understand what's going on, & also takes the time to explain things if I've ever had questions. Highly recommend.

Great service and eye exam... Mine was free because the insurance covered the exam.. Get your prescription and then you can go shop elsewhere if you dont like lenscrafters glasses. In the mall and quite convenient... I would go back there again.

Lenscrafters has liberal appointment opportunities and performs a thorough examination. I would definitely recommend them for eye exams.
