The person I saw both times was dismissive and unhelpful. I have found most eye glass technicians are this way, I'm sure they see all kinds of complaints but it's really frustrating and unhelpful when I say these glasses don't work for me and I'm told just to give it time. Still feel like I'm in a fish tank guys. Also I told the guy they were squeezing my head by my ears too much but he said he didn't want to adjust them because they could fall off my face I guess. I feel like they are pressing dents into the side of my head and I'm getting headaches from them. Going somewhere else from now on. Would not recommend going here. (Also the glasses were way too expensive for what I got)

Seen here by provider months ago, was given new eye prescription that has ever since ruined my eyesight, it's been impossible to get a hold of them via phone. Avoid this place!

My prescription was transferred incorrectly at Nicollet location. Was replaced with correct prescription but when vision was made correctly I saw the distance was not where I could see distance while driving unless I put my head down and looked out the top of the glasses. Employee adjusted frames which did nothing to help correct the lenses.
My husband had the readng
portion put in the incorrect part of lenses at this location.
