My post-op experience was good. Dr. Buboltz demonstrated good technical competence. He answered my many questions as best he could, acknowledging he didn't have all the answers. One area for improvement: greater eye contact with the patient.

Super detailed, listened to me, knew my condition and actually read my eye dr.'s notes so they were very knowledgeable of my eye conditions prior to seeing me and built a treatment plan from that and their very thorough examination!!! Very respectful and very welcoming! And loved that many of their staff had LGBTQIA+ pins at check in, on their lanyards and around the office. Can't tell you the last time a clinic was so welcoming, through, knowledgeable and caring!! Also, provided several treatment options, knowledgeable about insurance plans, offered recommendations to insurance options and already in the same day received calls from the pharmacy about my options on co-pays, and medication prescriptions! Well done!
