I recently had my annual eye check up at a competitive eye clinic to Pearle and the staff at that clinic made an error with my prescription. I would have NEVER known that there was a possible error if it wasn't for Pearle Vision staff member Matt Copland catching it and questioning this as a potential issue. I contacted the original eye clinic I was seen at and sure enough they confirmed that someone had made a mistake and let me know what my correct prescription is. I called Matt at Pearle Vision right away and he was able to get it corrected ASAP with no additional charge to me. THANK YOU Matt and THANK YOU PEARLE VISION for saving the day!

I went in a couple days ago with a request about getting my PD measurement. There was a grumpy older lady there and as soon as I asked her for help, she started questioning my intentions about if I am going to buy glasses from her that day. I would expect good customer service (esp. at the MOA) with threat of better online buying options today. She was rude and condescending and I hope that customers are valued whether they are going to buy something that day or not. I will not be going in here for anything again. Very disappointing.
