I had a wonderful experience at Shopko, the staff were very friendly, Ella helped me pick out frames and was very thorough in teaching me about the different lenses so I could make an educated decision. I will definitely be back in the future!

Brought in an outside rx and the ladies there were exceptional. Deb, the Optician and Aolani, the optician in training, were both efficient and friendly. Very pleased. Excited to get the notification about my new glasses Update 5/31/25: Just picked up my order from Dallas at the Bloomington, MN Shopko Optical and was pleased to find yet another superb staff member. Also pleasantly pleased to find that this location is open on Saturdays from 9a - 3p.

Had an amazing experience at this location. From the friendly check in, quick exam and glasses purchase process. All phases went smooth and I will definitely be back in the future.

Recently had an eye exam. Was very wary of the eye doctor as he did not install confidence as to whether he knew what he was doing in comparison to other experiences I have had. Seems like he was just guessing. At the end of the appointment he offered to give me a pair of trial contacts but since he didn't have them on hand he would order them. No big deal , they gave me trial pairs before. Got a call from a Deb , told me that my trial pair was in and it would be $55. I asked for what. She said for fitting. I mentioned they gave me contacts before and there was no fitting. Turns out that they had indeed charged me a fitting charge before, simply for handing me a handful of trial contacts. I asked Deb to explain this and well she slithered as she , in her smugness tried to petal a lie that I would accept. I understand that people make mistakes, but , I had asked all this upfront. I don't care about the contacts , I care that they weren't honest and tried to pull the wool over my eyes for a few dollars. I had great experiences with the Shopko in Rochester but would steer clear of this location unless your the sort that doesn't mind bad service and paying extra fees that you didn't expect.

Great customer service! Very helpful and attentive to adjusting my glasses to fit properly. Will be a return customer in the future!

Dr Sundhagen was very good at understanding my vision impairment and suggesting resources that can help me with accomodations.
