Doctor was great. The receptionist staff is extremely rude. 1240 2/4/26 my husband and I didn't see the sign that said to stand behind it and wait to be called. 3 receptionist spots in a row. The middle seat empty. First receptionist we approached greeted us with "you'll have to eait I'm busy" So we see the 3rd seat receptionist just became available as the patient walked away to sit & wait to be called. I asked her if she was busy. She rudely says "WELL I JUST CHECKED SOMEONE IN AND I'D LIKE A FEW MINUTES BUT OK DONT WAIT TO BE CALLED" tThen proceeded to yell us we need to stand behind the sign and wait to be called! We didn't see the sign. And I repeatedly heard this receptionist act snarky. Then the middle receptionist returns and then there were 3 seated at the front desk. The clinc manager should look at the cameras... this frail old lady didn't see the sign either. And walked up to the receptionist in the middle and got scolded very rudely about how next time she needs to read the sign & wait to be called. This middle receptionist also was rude and not at all nice to other people that didn't understand something or asked questions... a complete overhaul needs to be done at that front desk! Just awful women. Sad to give it 1 star because of these people. I'm an RN and if the HUC's or receptionists acted like that I'd report them all to HR

If I could give zero stars, I would. My mother went in for a consultation and was told by Dr. William himself that he didn't believe "she could afford" the procedure based solely on her appearance, without asking a single question or knowing anything about her financial situation. Money was never a concern, yet he chose to make an assumption rooted in judgment and bias. In this day and age, let's call it what it is. Additionally it was rude, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional. There are countless reputable plastic surgeons in Minnesota who treat patients with dignity and compassion, not judgment based on appearance, skin color, or background. I personally know one myself, and after hearing what my mother experienced, I sincerely hope no one else has to endure that kind of treatment. If he can be bold enough to make such an insulting assumption, I can be bold enough to leave this review.

Dr Lipham provided several options, explaining each. He told me the process and related costs. I found him very professional, personal, and informative. In short, I trust him with my eyes.

The people at Minnesota Eye Consultants were very kind and helpful, doing their best to help me relax before surgery. Dr. Lipham was friendly and professional and highly skilled. My surgery went very well, recovery also went well. Dr.Lipham and his crew made what might have been difficult much less so.

He's very professional very knowledgeable about his work .He explains well.All my questions were answered.Simply GREAT.

I recently had surgery with Dr. Lipham. Not only am I very happy with the results, but him and his staff always takes the time to explain procedures, answer any questions, and makes you feel comfortable. I did my research initially and picked him because of his credentials. He lives up to them 100%!

Very kind, punctual, and instantly knew how to help me. If any sort of problem like I had, I would want this professional to help me.

Disappointed in the end result is putting it nicely. After adding on an additional procedure to ensure I would be pleased with the outcome of my blepheroplasty, and then in the end, having uneven eyebrows and minimal improvement in my vision, I would never recommend Dr. Lipham. I requested a follow-up visit to discuss my dissatisfactions, and came away angry and cheated. He even suggested that I was being too critical of the lumps left below my brow from suture knots. I was really expecting a much better outcome.
