At 20/20 you get exceptional care from the moment you walk in the door. Front office staff are friendly and caring, handling all needs (glasses, prescriptions, paperwork) with ease. Dr. Lewis is amazing and takes the time to know about you and any concerns. Examinations are thorough and Dr. Lewis explains all pertinent information in an easy to understand manner. I've been to both locations and the whole team just can't be beat - 20/20 is THE place to go.

The best of the BEST! I have gone now to Dr. Melissa Lewis for 15 years! She is outstanding! So considerate of everything, sweet and funny. She has great frames to select as well. Customer Service is top notch! Recommend her 100%

I have been going to Dr Melissa Lewis at 20/20 Vision Care for sometime now. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Dr Lewis is also friendly and personable. She cares about you and your eye care. Give them a try, I think you will agree with me about everyone there.

Dr. Jerri Birsinger has provided my vision care for several years now. She also takes care of my 90+ year old mother's vision needs. She is very patient with my mother, making sure she understands every step along the way. Her calm pleasant manner won Mom over immediately so that she had no concerns. I love that she explains what she is doing very clearly so there are no surprises. This visit I needed new glasses and found the staff very helpful in making a selection for an updated pair of glasses. Highly recommend Dr. Birsinger.

There is new staff now that it's Clarkson Eye Care, and they were very friendly, professional, and courteous. I was greeted quickly and the paperwork was easy to complete and the eye exam went smoothly.

My family and I have been going to 20/20 for a couple years now and Dr. Lewis is fantastic! Conveniently located, friendly staff and great service! I recommend them to anyone that needs a good eye doc!

Went in today just to see their prices on frames. When I walked in, the lady working was talking with another lady. After a few minutes, she asked if she could help me- I said I'm just kinda looking at your different frames and possibly getting glasses. So she says oh, ok and walked away. Never personable, never friendly, not even a hi how are you when I came in the store. Then as I looked at the prices, they were considerably higher than other place, so I just left. Just an odd experience all around. Customer service is everything in my world. If you don't have it, I'm not doing business with you.
