I absolutely do NOT recommend this office. Absolutely horrible experience. They have 5 people at front desk and none of them know how to smile or communicate. Then you visit the 'doctor' who also does not communicate. Seems to be the tone here. I left both visits more confused than I was going in. Needless to say I had to start the entire process over at another eye doctor. And they were much better at treating a customer how they should be treated. Let's not even go into how they are way more expensive than anywhere else. I'm still waiting on my refund for contacts I never received nor wanted. Go somewhere else!!

The two young ladies working that day were very kind and helpful. The Dr was also very professional. His bedside manner could use a little improvement. I had my 4 year old granddaughter with me and he did not even acknowledge her. Just thought this was a little rude.

Ordered sunglasses in August of 2025. I was told the eyewear protection plan costed extra but I did not realize that meant their crappy AR coatings were not warranted, even though ALL AR coatings offer at least a one year scratch protection warranty from the manufacturer. Not to mentioned I asked them to tint over the polarized polycarbonate lenses (which absolutely can be done, I'm an optician and have tinted my own poly lenses MANY times). I was charged for the tint, but it is blatantly obvious these lenses were not tinted. This place is a cash grab, I'll not be making purchases from them again. Even Warby Parker warrants their lenses for one year without having to purchase a warranty. Lesson learned.

I have used Clarkson Eyecare since I was a teenager so for almost 20 years. I moved to TN about 7 years ago and there are no clarksons here in my area so I am no longer a patient. I was visiting family for Christmas in St. Louis when my last pair of contacts ripped and I didn't have a spare. I went into clarkson on Vogel road to see if there was anything that could do to help me. They verified I had an active prescription with my eye DR and then gave me a trial pair of contacts to help me get through the holidays and back home. The BEST customer service and workers at that office so thankful!! I would still be a patient if I lived in St. Louis.

The Arnold location off of Richardson road is always great! I have been going there for years and everyone is extremely friendly and professional. Melissa is the best and very helpful with finding the right pair of glasses every time. She seems so passionate about her job, and I can't say enough about her and the experience I have with her every year.
