I highly commend Dr. Ruoff as being so thorough and knowledgeable in her line of profession. She is an attentive listener to my husband Joe about his eye condition and in turn, my husband Joe felt so comfortable with her. She thoroughly explains treatments and offer prompt and efficient care that we didn't experienced from other eye doctors around our place. Currently, my husband Joe did experienced a lot of improvement on his left eye and we believe that he is on his way towards his full recovery. Likewise, Bianca, the store Manager impressed us a lot for being so accommodating and kind.

I like that I can go online to make an appointment. When I got there, I only had to wait a few minutes. The optometrist asked me if I drove with my glasses. (I only need a little far distance correction in one eye.) I told him the only time I wear glasses is for reading price tags and menus when I'm out somewhere. I have cheater readers around the house. There's a nice selection of basic and designer frames to choose from. Everyone there was polite and helpful.

Been waiting a month for my glasses to come in... Called them a week and half ago was told they were there and waiting for ups to pick up.. currently on hold with them they immediately answered asking me to be put on hold before I even answer she put me on hold. Won't be back to this one. Spent alottt of money on 3 pair of glasse!! Just got off the phone with her and my glasses are STILL THERE AND WAITING FOR UPS

During my exam, everyone was very kind, quick, and ready to help. The doctor actually remembered me, even though I hadn't been there in around two years. When picking up my glasses, Alexis was very quick and friendly, helping when my glasses didn't fit on my face perfectly and fixing them. I was in and out within 5 minutes! Love this place. Won't get my glasses anywhere else.
