Neosho eye care staff was absolutely wonderful! They did an amazing job and really made me feel important as a patient. Their service is exceptional and their prices were completely affordable in comparison to other places I've been to. They were so professional and very friendly as well. I previously lived in the area but now live in Arizona, so it was great that they accommodated me as a patient during the time I was here visiting family. I will definitely be back in the future. They are so worth it!

Best eye doctor by far, I moved here 8 years ago and couldn't find an eye doctor I felt comfortable with, we had an eye doctor for 20+ years and is not easy to find good services. Dr. White is amazing, I felt super comfortable with her and Angela and Tracy were very helpful helping me get the right fit for my frames. Highly recommend this office.

I really enjoyed my visit there. Everyone was so nice and made me feel comfortable. I'm so glad I found them and got my grandchildren in for a visit and myself.

The whole team was ABSOLUTELY amazing. They got me in with my son so we didn't have to miss work a few days later and on short notice. The Dr whom I appreciate in Christ very much was SO kind and knew exactly what to do and was on the same page as my little guys was not pleased and hasn't been wearing his glasses but not only did she blow off the lil attitude he tried bringing with a smile and gentleness but showed him what it was with glasses and without in such a way he simply couldn't deny she was right and wanted to help heal his eyes. He has had his glasses on since then Glory to God AND also the sweet lady at the glasses counter. Also kind and patient although my little guys was making sassful comments she got his to communicate and even smile and he couldn't stop while she marked his glasses. We just met him where he was and said okay look grumpy, DONT smile but look right here and the TRULY sweet and kind at heart busted into laughter and we was like nope grumpy face right here let's see it and he stood and smiled as she needed until we walked out and took his spare glasses and on his own put them on his face and walked out without a single grumble! Whew who. As Momma I WAS SO PROUD OF HIM AND GRATEFUL! He really is my sweet cuddly one although they wouldn't have known it there that day for sure THANK YOU ALL for all you've done now AND in the past and Lord Thank YOU for the healing of his eyes and additude IN JESUS NAME AMEN!!! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!! THANK YOU REALLY!!!

I dread going to the optometrist like some people dread going to the dentist. I can tell you that this was the best experience I have had in a long, long time. I'm so glad that I switched! Everyone was cheerful and kind and courteous. And doctor did an amazing job of answering questions and not making You feel like you were taking up too much time.

Neosho eye care is AMAZING!! Everyone is so great here! My grandson was nervous to get his eyes checked, and they were so wonderful. Dr White we loved her! She took the time to explain things to him and was very kind and compassionate! Definitely recommend!!!

The Dr. that I saw was great. The tech that did my testing before I saw the Dr. was very helpful and great. Very Friendly. I just don't understand why I had to pay a copay when I had 2 insurances. When I got there I told them that they needed to change my primary insurance and that I had 2 insurances. I still had to pay a copay when I got done. I was confused why. Othet than that it was a great appointment.

Everyone there was wonderful! Everyone was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Actually came in a day early for my appointment and they able to see me. Looking forward to my next appointment!
