Went there last week for the first time with my son. Dr Coleman took his time and explained everything very thoroughly. He was also super nice! We especially liked the very kind lady who helped pick out his glasses (didn't get her name). My son's old glasses do not fit his face well so she adjusted the nose piece and gave him some plastic pieces that go behind his ears to keep his glasses up and fitting better at no charge! She was so helpful and so very kind! We would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for an optometrist.

My first time here was a great experience and one of the best eye doctors I've been to.
However, I had an appointment with the glasses department today at 2:10, and I had to reschedule it after waiting until 2:45. No one apologized or said anything, which is disappointing because I took off of work to come in and wasn't seen.

I had an issue with my left eye back on December 4th. My primary doctor sent me to the folks at Coleman to get a look inside my eye. It appeared to be a "floater" inside the eye that would eventually settle like the one in my right eye. Dr Coleman stated if it is going to get worse it usually happens in the first couple weeks..... so he scheduled a follow up visit for about 3 weeks.....well luckily we had the follow up and realized it has gotten worse..... and I'm off to eye surgery tomorrow to repair what is now a detached retina. Thank You, Scott

Very poor customer service. They refused to charge our insurance, and billed us personally for an appointment in which they did nothing, and provided no glasses or even a prescription. I will be wasting no more time or money with this outfit.
