The Joplin staff were very customer service oriented. They acknowledged me as soon as I went through the door with cheerful greetings. I had my eye exam, and purchased multiple pair of glasses. Mike exceeded my expectations by pointing out which were the best options using my insurance, and got me the biggest bang for my buck! He was polite, professional and fun to talk with. He expressed that if I had any issues at all, for me to see him specifically so he could resolve any issues I had. I am very happy that I went to Eyemart!

Great and friendly service . The glasses they were able to make there were done within the hour and adjusted for fit and comfort at pick up . The other pair having to be ordered to the specifications I wanted will arrive in two weeks and will also be adjusted when I pick them up . I am very happy with my purchase and they worked with my insurance , too.

I have been coming here for years.... and I have sent numerous people here.... but now they want to tell me my replacement expired. Even though I shared with them I had a medical emergency, they still said they could do NOTHING. And these are Dolce & Gabbana which are NOT cheap. I do NOT recommend this place!!!!! Glasses are peeling and everything, NOT good quality AT ALL!!!! Stay away!!!!!!
