All the staff has been very friendly and polite and courteous to me during my eye surgeries. They answered all my questions and put me at ease before my surgeries. I needed that!! I appreciate them all for all they have done for me.. I would recommend them to anyone who asks me how they were. Very helpful. Very concerned with my care and recovery. I would have to give them one and all a big 10!!!!

I took my mom to her appointment. She's a new patient, so she had paperwork to fill out. The front desk and the girl who called her back were great. The guy that did they eye exam could slow down a bit and not be so bossy. I found him to be rude with my mother. My mom is an elder and was nervous. We went to 3 or 4 different rooms to either wait/tests and to speak to the doctor.
The doctor she spoke to talked really fast. My mom was confused. He didn't explain fully to her understanding.
We went back into the waiting room, waited for someone to schedule her eye surgery, and discussed the financials.
Overall, they were pretty good. They had a lot of people going through there, so I understand the hurry.
The facility was clean, in a nice location.

The doctors and nurses were amazing. They were so kind and understanding and compassionate. They take your fear of the procedure into consideration, I was terrified to get LASIK done and that's why I waited till I was almost 30. Because of how understanding and compassionate they were they really helped to calm my nerves. I'm more that happy I got it done, I'm day four out and and beyond happy with it. I'm just angry I didn't get it done years ago!!! I will forever recommend them to everyone!
