I can't believe she has a "5 star" rating. She must have deleted several bad reviews. AVOID Hale Vision. My husband and I went to Hale Vision in 2024 and Lucy Hale couldn't even get the prescription correct. There was nothing complicated other than basic math. I had eyeglasses made according to her script and they were so off I couldn't see out of them. Even the eyeglass tech looked at my "old" prescription and the one Hale prescribed and couldn't believe it was so different.
I had to go to another optometrist, pay TWICE, have glasses made TWICE by someone else to get it right. When I complained to her office, she was nasty and refused to see me. Needless to say there was no option for an apology or refund her negligent mistakes. SHE IS HORRIBLE. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Dr Hale and her staff were very professional and caring. If you need an eye Dr I reccomend her highly. She was able to diagnose a prpoblem that many others had missed and thanks to her catching this, I was able to get to a neurosurgeon and get treatment started.
