Great experience with every one of my appointments! The staff are incredibly friendly and super helpful--especially when helping me pick out the perfect pair of glasses, despite me being super picky. They took their time, offered great suggestions, and made the whole process easy and fun. Addressed all of my concerns and have great follow-up with anything else I need. Highly recommend!

This place is just fantastic! I called hoping to be seen that day for an exam and glasses since my dog decided to chew mine the night before and I didn't notice, and they squeezed me In! I called a ton of places and they were happy to squeeze me in. I really appreciated the actual doctor in house to do the eye exam, the ones I go to is usually a doctor on a computer from home so this was refreshing to see. I also appreciated Andrea I think her name was, she helped me pick out a perfect pair of glasses and let me know why plastic lenses were always an issue for me! She let me know which ones were here favorite and had the other staff ladies choose which one was their favorite and it ended up being the same as the ones we went with so that way we know it was going to be a perfect choice. We ended up going with metal frames and they're so pretty . I can't wait to get them in! This places customer service is very good and I would recommend them to everyone! Thanks guys!

Good dr and staff only down side i gotta go through the VA to get glasses in Springfield or Arkansas

Sent me out in the rain demanding another exam even though I had one 4 months ago here at your office and bought 2 pairs of loaded glasses. I got up early and drove in the rain after I made this appointment. I was trying to get backup glasses since I'm losing my job but apparently that's too much to ask. First you can then you can't then you can again? What a disappointment and now I have no backups and I'm losing my insurance thanks. The first pairs of glasses were good. Now my insurance is gone and the opportunity I had is gone thanks alot. I still don't know why you did that. I didn't need another exam.

The building was nice and the people were nice. My eye was dry and scratched. They gave me an exam and told me to purchase glasses. I bought the prescription they suggested for me only to get dizzy wearing the prescription after following all instructions. After going somewhere else, I found out I didn't need the glasses. They should have treated my issue first before telling me I needed glasses. Now I'm out over 200 for one pair that sit in its case.

What a great eye appointment today. Dr Sharp was wonderful. Very thorough and didn't rush his time with me. Shannon was very informative and the Optician found the problem with my night vision. Strongly recommend Lazenby Eyecare!

I choose Lazenby Eye Center because of the reviews. I guess my timing was off; I was upset about the end results. I took my glasses back because they didn't fit right, and was told they just needed adjusting. Like it was my fault. The doc who saw me did not communicate well. Bad experience. Went elsewhere and received the care I needed. Went back to my old glasses. Don't waste your time and money. There are better eye clinics.
