I do not recommend Sam's optical. I had to bring my glasses back because the prescription was not right and it was not right the second time either. I finally quit wearing them and gave them to the Lion's club to give you someone else. $300 down the drain for bifocals. Girls up front have little to no personality.

I've been coming here for a few years and every time the appt time is never the actual time. The waiting times are minimal 45 mins to an hour past your scheduled time. I scheduled an appt an hour and half prior to needing to be someplace else and after waiting an hour have yet to be seen. The process of appointments needs to be reviewed and sped up as some people can't sit and wait over an hour to be seen. Doctor is very sweet, polite, and nice but process needs to be sped up a bit.

Scheduling was easy. Got me in right when I needed to! The appointment went amazing. Dr Hage was the best optometrist I have ever seen! She explained everything she was doing and explained how my condition could affect things. I seriously can't say more good things about her! The glasses weren't as expensive as I was expecting because our I didn't cover optical. All in all I have been very pleased with my experience!
