DO NOT TRUST THE ONE STAR REVIEWS!! I don't understand why there are soooo many negative reviews! This store is amazing! You walk in and smell how clean everything is, the first thing I was asked is if I was there for an eye exam and when I said yes they asked if I was a walk in or if I had pre scheduled a slot. That was amazing!! They made me feel like they were so grateful I was there. The exam was labeled as "telehealth" but Stephanie was with me and my child the whole time, she asked us what lenses were best and even slowed down and repeated the ones I asked her to and everything along the way, and made me feel so comfortable with the whole process. There was another man working in the store at the same time and he was helping another couple and they were practically hugging him at the end. I will be recommending this place to EVERYONE!

Easy to get a same day appointment. Leo was awesome as soon as I walked in the door to the end of the appointment. Very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Stanton Optical for an eye exam. I will update once I receive my glasses.

Fantabulous! I'll definitely be coming back and telling others to go here too. Everyone was so friendly and explained everything every step of the way. Christina walked me through all of the processes for ordering, went through frame options, broke down the coatings/lens options and compared pricing for me! I'm not sure why the reviews are low. Don't believe them! I had a great experience!

Leonard DEFINITELY made my experience a 10/10. I highly recommend anyone who's interested in getting their vision checked to come here! The employees are knowledgeable, polite, and exceed customer satisfaction. Again, 10/10!

Bought glasses hear in 2025. Frames got damaged, brought them in to get them repaired/replaced. Didn't have them in stock, no big deal, was gonna order them from Springfield. I had to leave for a trip the following day so asked about picking them up there. Was told that was fine but was instructed I would have to call and tell them that. I sat on hold twice before getting through. Had a friend in the area go to the store who had to wait for almost 30 minutes. Gave him the wrong frames. Had to go on vacation without them, got back and went back to get it corrected. Was told that the system said I bought different glasses than I did, had to go home and make another trip up to show them the ones I did in fact purchase. Finally got the right ones but was told they couldn't give me a refund for the wrong ones and I would have to come back AGAIN to get it handled by a different manager. At this point I am so tired of all the run around and issues. And come to find out when I bought the wrong glasses they also overcharged me! This place has no idea what is going on and isn't willing to fix its mistakes. I shouldn't have to take numerous trips and have to fight and claw to get the right product! Highly recommend finding a different place!

It is very clean. The person who did the eye exam was knowledge about the type of lenses I would need for a higher prescription. They have great customer service and when my lenses wouldn't cut properly, they ordered me a complete pair at no extra cost. Affordable and great frame selection.

The woman who answers the phone is beyond rude. She would not listen to what I was trying to explain and she hung up on me. Cancelled my husband's appointment out of spite. If you want to last in this town as a new business I suggest you hire better help. If I could give her zero stars I would. Do not recommend. Do NOT go go here

Jerimiah was amazing! He took such good care of me, and helped me get glasses same day for a very reasonable price. I never felt any pressure, only friendly support. Wish I knew about them sooner!
