Stilley Eye Associates

My first visit to Stilley and Dr. Rebecca Stilley was my doctor. I've had annual eye exams nationwide for over 40 years and this was by far the BEST! The staff was fantastic, from scheduling to paying. Dr. Stilley was thorough, showing eye scans and explaining in easy to understand detail, fully addressing my eye health concerns. This, of course, was critical but what I especially appreciated was her verbiage for the vision test. She made it easy! You know how you can get eye test anxiety? "Wait, was that 1 or 2?" "Can you go back?" "Am I picking the wrong letters?" Well, Dr. Stilley gives time between choices for the brain to pause, for the eye to readjust, and uses a mix of phrases making it so clear to tell what is, well, clear! I'm cash pay and the exam fee is exceptionally reasonable! Then, to the NO pressure, no hovering fun part! I have 32 pairs of glasses but none in this shade. Winner!

Very fast service, affordable, the staff was very respectful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!

They want to collect a $25 cancellation fee on a first appointment without notice that that is policy. The staff stated it's on our invoice. It's the first appointment, I didn't have an invoice, she said it's on our phone, my call was answered, I didn't hear a message. When I called to cancel the appointment, nothing was said at that time. When I called to reschedule, nothing was said at that time, but now that my appointment is tomorrow, you are calling for a credit card number to pay the fee. That's bad business. Chalk it up to not notifying me when I called, but if you prefer to lose business over $25, that's your choice.

Was referred to Stilley for an emergency by M.E.I. the Dr. was very thorough and talked me thru everything they were doing. I decided at that time I would schedule mt next eye exam with them. Out of the three that I have had exams with Stlley is the best. They make sure you are comfortable and understand all they are doing. I wear contacts and they made sure I was able to go home and try a couple different brands to find the comfortable set for me. They are the best and I would highly recommend to anyone.

My last optometrist couldn't get contact prescription right. So I made an appointment here. Let me tell you, I felt more comfortable here than I did at my last optometrists office. Everyone was so friendly. The doctor actually spoke to me (the last one acted like I was a waste of his time) and he explained to me that with both eyes open I ha e near perfect 20/20 vision with slight astigmatism. The astigmatism isn't bad enough to make me a good candidate for contacts...and he said I could get glasses if I chose but showed me the difference it would make. He wasn't trying to sell me anything. I loved that. He didn't push me into something I didn't need. After my appointment I told my husband what happened and he immediately called and made an appointment for himself. It was so nice to have my questions answered and my concerns addressed without being pushed into something I didn't really need. The doctor actually cared and the staff was so wonderful, I'd definitely recommend them!

Rebecca is amazing and so down to earth. Not someone that looks down on you. She told my husband that he didn't need glasses all the time. Just readers. The last doctor he saw charged him over $300 on glasses he didn't need. I lost my husband last year (2023). When Rebecca found out she personally sent me a sympathy card, which I thought was very thoughtful of her. She will sit and talk you to abt your care even though she has others waiting. I lost my insurance when they went out of network but I refused to change doctors. They are all good people there.

Dr. Stilley is professional, but very kind. He listens well and provides the best care based on your specific needs. I couldn't recommend him more. Most comfortable eye exam I've ever had.

I've had poor experiences from frustrated optometrists and had others that didn't take the time to get my prescription right on account of my vision issues and previous bad experiences with contacts. None of these were the case with Stilley Eye as Dr. Rebecca Stilley was very patient with me throughout my exam and Katelyn is a contact WIZARD. I would highly recommend this staff for anyone that isn't a fan of going to the eye doctor, they'll change your mind!
