Wonderful customer service! It was my son's first eye exam and Kelly and Darlene did such a great job of making him feel comfortable. After the appointment when looking at glasses they were both extremely busy but Darlene took the time to communicate while still assisting other guests. Thank you Kelly and Darlene for your great service!

I have been using Visionworks for my optical needs for the past several years. The service, support and professionalism has always been top tier. During my last visit I was surprised that the eye exam was now "virtual" but the doctor who video conferenced with me gave me more attention and information and the most detailed explanation of my eye health and possible treatment options that I have ever had. It was a very good experience and one that I look forward to repeating. The only slightly negative thing was a glitch in the virtual system that caused my doctor to take longer than expected to get connected with me.

Had a great experience. They got me right in. Very nice. Explained everything well. They were very helpful in helping me find the glass frames that looked best on me. I would definitely recommend them & I will be a returning customer!

A portion of the exam was administered virtually which was very cool. Choosing glasses to fit my face and needs was by far the best part. The associate was very attentive and actively listening to my concerns which lead to selecting the perfect pair of glasses for me!

They don't have an actual doctor in office anymore & don't warn you beforehand. Had to return glasses, because they weren't even correct. Poor workmanship, bad service, and overpriced.

Horrible service. I dealt with the lady up front named Kiristie and set up an appointment and she felt the need to assume that I was looking in a different location so canceled my appointment and then called to tell me she can set up a appointment at a location an hour away or I can wait a month and a half for my next appointment because the doctor supposedly only works 2 to 3 days out of the month. I've dealt with this company for years and have never had a problem until this location. I definitely do not recommend coming to this location. And to top it off me and my wife were already at the location in the mall and all I seen was her sitting on her phone scrolling through tiktoks very unprofessional, and time is money. I had to schedule off work for no reason because somebody wanted to assume(week later update talked to GM and I would say if you want to continue doing business at visionworks do not go to this location it will totally ruin your experience, there filled excuses and have horrible customer service and definitely do the most to not take responsibility for their wrongs)

I've never gotten an eye exam by a vertual doctor. It was interesting. We'll see how the glass come out
