For years, I have known that Dr. Sarah Hirsch is a great eye doctor. Yesterday, during a shortened holiday week with her schedule booked, she worked me in for an emergency appointment. And still Dr. Hirsch was patient, meticulous and thorough. What a comfort to know she is there, even beyond the regular visits. I am so grateful she is our optometrist.

Super impressed with this team. I woke up on a Friday with itchy, burning, uncomfortable eyes, called several places that couldn't see me until Monday. Dr. Hirsch squeezed me in same day so I didn't have to struggle through the weekend. Quick and efficient first time patient check-in, I was in and out in less than an hour and prescription drops called in for pick up. They even adjusted my glasses for free during that time. The whole staff was helpful and genuinely pleasant and restored my faith in customer service. I'm looking forward to returning for future eyecare needs.
