Dr. Gucci is great! She's been my doctor for the past 17 years. The office staff are very nice girls, I can't see myself going anywhere else. Dr. Gucci is very thorough in what she does and explains thing well. You dont have to look any further, make an appt, you will not regret it!!!

I'm extremely frustrated with Bloomfield Eye Associates. CVS has been trying to refill my prescription for more than two weeks, and I've called nearly every day. The office simply does not pick up the phone, and I've been unable to get an urgent refill approved. I have glaucoma and this medication is required twice daily--interruptions can worsen my condition. This level of communication and prescription handling is not safe and not acceptable. I'm switching providers and I would not recommend this office to anyone who needs dependable follow-up care.

i had an appointment for eleven o'clock and wasn't seen till twelve thirty. waited in the room for another half hour for the doctor. didn't get out till one twenty. two and one half hours for a twenty minute checkup.
