I just left his office and I must say was the most well spent money ever! What a wonderful doctor! The clinic itself is very clean, all the staff is polite, i didnt wait too much to make all the evaluations, they have very modern equipments, I've felt really cared. And the doctor is a PLUS , super worried about details, ask questions, hes really interested on giving you the right diagnosis and to treat it properly. I will be back in 2 weeks to be sure about the treatment. I absolutely recomend dr. Tung, specially after had gone to another doctor (before him) that treated me very differently and didnt help me on basically anything. My husband will become his patient too!

While the appointment started off with an acceptable level of patience, your attitude noticeably deteriorated as I asked legitimate questions. I found your comment, "if I have to repeat myself, I will," not only unprofessional but also disrespectful and insulting. Furthermore, your abrupt departure at the end of the visit without any proper farewell felt dismissive and showed a lack of basic courtesy.As a healthcare professional, it is essential to maintain respectful and patient communication throughout the entire consultation. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the experience for future patients.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Tung yesterday and He was very thorough, he did multiple tests on my eyes so he was able to tell me everything that was going on with them! As I came to him for a second opinion, due to being told something was wrong! Dr. Tung was able to tell me exactly what was going on and in detail explained what the other eye doctor did not!!! I highly recommend Dr Tung to anyone looking for an excellent Eye Doctor. As I will be returning yearly! All his staff is also very nice and helpful!

Visited the office this past Saturday and saw Dr. Li. The staff are really friendly. Temp taken at entrance and place is clean. There was only 1 other person in the office during my appointment time but we were not in the same area most of the time so I felt pretty safe. Nicole, (I believe that's her name) the technician, wiped down every equipment with alcohol before using it on me. I really appreciate that. She also explained every procedure clearly. Dr. Li is great. She was thorough, gentle, and patient. This is a great office and I already recommended to family and friends. Thank you all!

I had a wonderful experience at this practice. I had seen a different doctor over the summer and didn't feel comfortable going back -- he seemed very brusque and dismissive. I'm a little squeamish about things having to do with eyes, and of course I'm concerned about my vision. I saw Dr. Tung's wife, and she couldn't have been more kind, patient and reassuring. The young lady who administered several different eye tests was also lovely. I will recommend this practice to everyone I know, and I feel much more peaceful about my own situation, knowing I have the support of the professionals at this practice.

I saw Dr. Diane Romsaitong. She is a true professional. She has a lovely gentle manner, did a refraction for both eyeglasses and contacts, and the general health of my eyes including dilation.
The office is clean, and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend these doctors! They have two or three locations as well.

Great place to get a thorough eye-exam. Staff friendly, fast in and out, and high tech that the staff is happy to explain. Some more background: my eyesight has changed as a result of a medical procedure and remained different, so my glasses were not longer useful. Time for a checkup, but more: a thorough eye-exam. The place we used to go to had no appointment any time soon. We found this place from simple internet search. Fortunately for me no serious issues were found. I did also get a new prescription that I took elsewhere. Waiting on the new glasses!
