I'm new to Optical Concepts and I couldn't be happier now that I had booked my first appointment here! Dr. Gentile, who was so knowledgeable and patient with my changed prescription, to getting it perfect for my new glasses! Paul Stone, the optician, was wonderful in helping me to pick out new frames, with his expertise and to adjust the new glasses to exactly fit my face!
The receptionists were super friendly and in fact, they helped me pick out a truly useful eye plan that I signed up for.
I heartily recommend Optical Concepts and the exceptional staff there!

Paul has been making my glasses for over 20 years. I have a very difficult prescription and have had issues in the past. Since following the recommendation of my Doctor I have never had problems with new glasses. Paul takes time to fit the lenses in the correct frame. He knows his customers and he is skilled at fitting. My Glasses are very expensive because of the correction needed. It's worth getting it done right.

Great customer service! I walk in with an emergency due to the fact that my frames on my old glasses broke and I needed to travel the same day . Paul who helped me was able to get my new glasses within 2 hours. He even helped me pick out my new glasses which were very similar to my old broken glasses. I needed my new glasses ASAP since I was traveling to Vegas and Paul was able to get my new glasses before my trip and was so kind and patience.
